How long does it take to receive our final edited photos and videos? Final photos will be delivered 4-6 weeks after the wedding day and final video feature will be delivered 8-10 weeks after the wedding day.

How far in advance do we need to book our photographer? Clients typically book our team 8 months to 1 year in advance. But always reach out and we will see if we have your date available.

Do you travel outside of the GTA? We can travel anywhere you want us to for a small travel fee.

Do you shoot destination weddings? Yes we do, as long as flight and accommodations are covered for our team.

How do we know which location to choose for our engagement or wedding day shoot? We will provide you a list of great photo locations near your venue prior to the wedding day.

Do you provide products and digitals? Yes, we provide a USB of digital photos and video files. We also have options to design albums, thank you cards, and all different size prints including canvas and acrylic finishes.

Can you split hours on the wedding day? No, the hours listed in the package are consecutive.

Where do Azure Blue team members stand for the ceremony? At Azure Blue all of our photographers and videographers are mindful of where we stand. We stay near the back of the room and off to the sides to ensure we are not being intrusive or blocking any views for your guests.

Do we need to provide a meal for the photographers/videographers? Yes, the clients will need to ensure there is a meal for any team members shooting for more than 4 hours.

How do we make sure all important family members and bridal party shots are taken? 2 weeks before the wedding Azure Blue will send you a shot list to fill out. This is a list of all important family members, friends, bridal party, coworkers etc. This list will be referenced on the wedding day and used to ensure all important photos are taken.

How do we determine the timeline of the wedding day? Based on the hours in your package, Azure Blue will send you a timeline document to fill out 2 weeks before the wedding. This will outline the timeframe and all important information for the wedding day.

Can we choose the songs to be in our wedding video? Yes, clients usually choose 5-7 songs for their video feature.

How are the photos/videos sent to the client? The clients will receive a private online gallery of photos. The high-res photos and video will be provided on a USB. Weddings under 6 hours of coverage will be delivered through digital download.

Will you direct us in photos if we don’t know what to do? Yes absolutely, we understand people can get nervous in front of the camera. Our team will give direction for the clients and their guests as well as capture the cute impromptu moments.

Do you provide RAW photos or video footage? No, Azure Blue has a specific style of shooting and editing that represents our company. This ensures our clients are all given beautiful finished products.

Do you have a studio? Yes, Azure Blue studio is located in Mississauga. This is where we shoot families, newborns, pets, products and head shots.

Have you shot at our wedding venue before? Azure Blue has shot over 3000 weddings. We have been to most venues in and around the GTA. Check out our blog to see locations.

When should I start getting ready for photos on the wedding day? Our team arrives two hours before ceremony to capture prep photos of the bride or groom. It is a good idea to have all details (shoes, jewelry, rings, flowers, bowtie, invitation) laid out for the photo/video team before they arrive.
