Our style is the perfect balance between candid and documentary. Azure Blue fashions a personal photography/cinematography style which is based upon customers’ ideas and preferences. We give direction when needed and are always ready to capture the impromptu moments.
Azure Blue Photo+Cinema was founded in 2005. We will take care of you on the big day, help you plan your time and locations, and create beautiful images for you on your wedding day. We are here for you before, during and after.

How many weddings has Azure Blue shot?
We are approaching 3000 weddings at Azure Blue
How many photos do you take at a wedding?
Once all of the images are edited, you will receive 1000 to 1500 images that are ready for printing, depending on the length of the day and the number of guests. Being able to choose from a wide variety of shots helps to create an unique album filled with wonderful photos.
Do you create an online gallery?
Yes, we have a password protected, online, shopping cart enabled website called The Azure Boutique, from which you can view, sort, and catalogue your images.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Our clients receive their full edited gallery 2 – 3 weeks after the wedding day. Smaller shoots such as family, engagement or studio are usually edited within a week of the shooting date. Our cinema features take about 4 – 6 weeks to edit.
What types of albums do you offer?
We offer a wide range of albums that can be seen in our showroom. They include flush mount, lay flat, metallic paper and matte paper with cover options in canvas, acrylic, genuine leather and vintage leather. The albums are custom designed with layouts in the story-telling style and created to last a lifetime.
Do you offer other products?
Yes. In addition to albums we offer thank you cards in a fold open or postcard style, canvas prints, float mount prints, guest signing books, and smaller size albums for your family.
Do you travel?
We will travel as far as you desire for a small additional fee.
How many locations do you go to?
We can go to as many locations as time allows on your day
Are you obtrusive photographers and cinematographers?
Most definitely NOT! We wear all black and are always mindful that your wedding day is for your family, friends and guests. You will never catch us blocking the ring exchange or distracting your guests. We give direction where needed, especially during family photos. But mostly we try to blend into the background.
What type of gear do you use? Are there always 2 photographers?
Each of our photographers carries 2 professional DSLR cameras, multiple professional lenses, lighting and much more. Our cinematographers carry the latest DSLR and audio equipment and shoot in 1080p. There are always two photographers for photo and at least two videographers for cinema.
What are your prices?
We provide a variety of photo and cinema packages that can be customized to fit your wedding perfectly.
How are the photos/video edited?
Our post production team edits all photos for colour, exposure and crop. Special edits such as removing objects, adding colour finishes and skin smoothing are done for print only.
Cinema is a creative storytelling feature edited to music of your choice and the best parts of your guests’ speeches.
